When you submit the booking or quote form on our website, or call us, we collect:

• Name — so we know who we’re dealing with and can address you correctly
• Phone number — to confirm your booking, arrange delivery and collection, and call you back
• Email address — to send booking confirmations and any paperwork
• Delivery address & postcode — so the provider can deliver and collect the skip, and arrange a permit if needed
• Job details — what you’re disposing of and the skip size, so we can match you with the right provider and they can quote accurately

We also automatically collect technical data when you visit the site:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time spent on the site
• Referring website
• Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)

This technical data is collected via Google Analytics and used in aggregate to understand how visitors use our site. It is not used to identify you personally.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Match you with a suitable local, licensed skip hire provider
• Pass your enquiry details to that provider so they can contact you, confirm a price and arrange your skip
• Send you confirmation of your enquiry and follow up if we haven’t heard back

• The skip hire provider we match you with — we pass your name, contact details and job information so they can contact you and arrange your skip. They are an independent business with their own data protection obligations.
• WPForms — our form processing provider, which stores submitted form data on our behalf
• Google Analytics — for aggregated, anonymised website usage analysis
• Hostinger — our website hosting provider, which stores website data on servers within the EEA

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Enquiry and contact data (name, phone, email, postcode) — retained for 12 months from the date of submission, then securely deleted
• Website analytics data — retained in aggregated form for up to 26 months in line with Google Analytics defaults

If you request deletion of your data before these periods expire, we will action this within 30 days. Note that the provider we connect you with holds your data under their own retention policy, which you would need to address with them directly.
